A life-long weight training workout - that works for you - is the way to stay fit, strong and healthy. You'll get a complete introduction to cardio and strength training with a customized workout (gym or home) for your body & your schedule. (Home routines get a shopping list for equipment).

Choose from two locations:
• P.A.C.E gym in Union Square, San Francisco
• No Excuses Fitness, in downtown Palo Alto

Both P.A.C.E. and No Excuses are founded and co-owned by top notch female trainers. These are boutique fitness centers focused on personalized workouts for your body and your lifestyle.



3 - Session Classes
Have you wanted to start weight training but found the gym machines a bit overwhelming? Or maybe you've tried it without much success? Our top women trainers take the mystery out of proper weight training, introducing you to an exercise program that is right for you. The experts at P.A.C.E. and No Excuses will take the guesswork out of your workout, and help you achieve your personal goals quickly and safely.
Skills you learn and develop:
• setting and achieving your fitness goals
• how to use free weights & machines
• benefits of resistance training
• finding your best-benefit cardio routine
• recognizing plateaus and beating them
• updating your routine
   
Full Body Workout: taught in 3 sessions Cost $120
