at the new Westfield Mall. You'll be welcomed with juices, fruit
and a brief tour of the 16,000 square foot full-service spa. |

Then it's a 30-minute walk to Shoebox Dance Studio

Designed just for us, this is a high-energy, super-fun workout. Shoebox owner Cera has designed this workout so it's easy for non-dancers and guaranteed for fun! (Shoebox won Best Dance Studio from SF Weekly.) |
Then it's our reward - lunch!

Enjoy turkey club; grilled chicken; or mozzarella, tomato & basil Paninis with lemonade. |

After lunch, we head back to Burke Williams Spa where
The real decadence begins
You'll have a 1/2-hour massage (the Burke Williams therapists are truly superb). Then relax in the lounge area with luxurious furniture surrounding the fireplace. |

Take all the time you want in the oversized jacuzzi, steam room,
sauna and lounge. (Bring friends - the jacuzzi holds 26!) Or go for complete calm in the quiet room with recliners, dim light and herb tea. |

Shower at your leisure and help yourself to Pureologie and Sebastian hair products, blow dryers, curling irons, and flat irons in the luxurious vanity area. You'll even finish with aromatherapy towels. |

Clothes & Bags
Wear your walking & kayaking clothes to the spa. We'll store your relaxing-wear in lockers for when you return.
Parking
You can park right across the street in the 6-story Fifth & Mission garage. A less expensive ($8 day rate) parking lot is on Folsom St. (north side), between 5th & 6th.
Rain Reschedules
If there is rain forecast for the morning, the afternoon Spa period is STILL ON. (After all, you've already set aside the day with your friends.) We'll meet at the spa at 3:30. (You might spend the morning at the mall, or a catch movie right next to the spa.)
We'll set a reschedule date for the kayak & lunch.

NEW Family Day

We heard you - you want to bring your partner and maybe the kids along. But you want to Spa with the Girls, thank you.
We have The Perfect Plan. Spend the day w/ your clan: you'll kayak, walk the waterfront and enjoy lunch together. The group returns to the Spa and family peels off for a Movie at Century Centre 9, 5 steps from the Spa entrance.
Movies & Tickets: Century
Afterwards, meet up at restaurants LarkCreekSteak, Zazil or Straits; go casual at Nordstrom's pub or try the Food Court.
Q: Can Men spa too?
A: Yes! Our warm-weather Sport & Spa (with Kayaking under to Bay Bridge) has co-ed dates. We also do Custom Dates anytime for private groups, families, etc. - at the same per-person price of $185 and $77 for non-spa goes (like kids).
